Labour

We charge per half hour started. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Standard hourly rate: €50.00
After 5 PM & Saturday: €75.00
Sundays and public holidays: €100.00

Emergency rates (on call, if available):

Weekdays (8:00-17:00): €85.00
Evening & Saturday: €115.00
Sundays and public holidays: €140.00

Travel Costs

Travel costs cover travel time, transport and preparation.

Not applicable with fixed price agreements.

Starting point: All distances are calculated from Alphen aan den Rijn.

For locations within the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn, we do not charge travel costs.

Up to 10 km: Free
10-20 km: €50.00
20-50 km: €70.00
More than 50 km: €70.00 + €0.48 per km

For larger jobs or combined work, we are happy to agree a clear price arrangement upfront.
Materials, parking costs and any special circumstances are discussed in advance whenever they apply.

1x 2-phase cooker group in the consumer unit.
1x Perilex wall socket and 1x Perilex plug.
Standard installation materials and cable route up to 5 metres.
Installation, connection and testing.

Expanding or modifying the consumer unit beyond this cooker group.
Extra drilling, chasing or repair work.
Cable route longer than 5 metres.
Conversion to 3-phase or other non-standard materials.

Lowering a socket or switch

Per point, with a short extra cable route and standard finishing.

From €79 excl. VAT per point

Included in the starting price

Relocating 1 existing point, often finished from single to double when it is a socket.
Standard flush-mount materials, a double socket where appropriate, and neat finishing.
Up to 2 metres of extra cable route from the existing point.
Up to 1 hour of labour.

Not included

Repair of plaster, tiles or paintwork.
Drilling through concrete or other heavy chasing work.
Cable route longer than 2 metres.
Extra cable route from €12 excl. VAT per metre.

Installing a new group

With enough room in the consumer unit and a short cable route.

Included in the starting price

1x standard B16 breaker in the consumer unit.
1x standard wall socket.
Standard installation materials and cable route up to 5 metres.
Connecting, finishing and testing.
Up to 2 hours of labour.

Not included

Expanding or replacing the consumer unit.
RCD expansion or other required protection outside this group.
Cable route longer than 5 metres.
Non-standard end materials or a heavier setup than a standard B16.

Renewing a consumer unit

With an ABB single-phase consumer unit, when replacing an existing single-phase setup without major extra modifications.

From €495 excl. VAT

Included in the starting price

1x ABB single-phase consumer unit with 4 groups and 2 RCDs.
Removal of the existing consumer unit and standard mounting materials.
Standard internal wiring, finishing and labelling.
Connecting, checking and testing.
Up to 4 hours of labour.

Not included

Expansion to more groups, three-phase or extra RCBOs outside this setup.
Modifications to the main supply, meter board or grid-operator section.
Extra repair work, chasing or modifications outside the consumer unit itself.
A different ABB setup or a larger cabinet than this base configuration.
